Crossfit WOD on the Road

Leaving my CrossFit community was one of the hardest parts of leaving our life behind. These are my people. Egos left at the door. These are the people who have seen me entirely too early in the morning sometimes. Zero makeup. Shared my life highs and my lows. Encouraged me when my body said No. CrossFit itself has developed a confidence and mental strength in me that I wish I would have had a much younger age. Summary: Get into a CrossFit Box. It will change you. Physically, Emotionally, Relationally.

These days I do everything possible to keep just even the smallest connection of community with this world. Which means yes, we haul a bar, weights, wall ball, ab mat, rings and kettlebells every where we go!! RoadWODing has made me so much more creative with workouts.

Self-motivation is when it gets sticky. 'Cause let's be real, CrossFitting isn't always the easiest thing. And many times is a force to get it done. Jason is my cheerleader now. Often times, the voice that is not in my head that day of: Get out there. And do it. {He can tell when I am needing to just throw some weight around. I really am so much more of a joy to be around when it is done.}
